Smiling Through the Pandemic - Day 16

Smiling Through the Pandemic - Day 16

When I smile, I’m more the “real” me.

Whom am I really, whom is the “real” me?

Am I more "me" when I frown, or ridicule, or use sarcasm?

Smiling reminds me who I am at my core, at the center of the center of me.

Smiling allows me to function from that beautiful point of light within me, to feel the Spirit’s soothing touch and warming glow, and to embrace (not with resignation or submission) my true nature and my true mission in life.

Smiling helps me to be more genuine, authentic, and transparent.

A genuine smile says, “I am what you see here.  I have nothing to hide.  I carry not pretenses, and I wear no masks.  I am the real me!”

Smile, it is the key that fits
the lock of everybody’s heart.
